Nicely Counseling Services accepts the following            

commercial health plans for counseling services:

Refer to your benefit plan to determine if mental health services are covered and identify any copays, deductibles, or co-insurances you may have. Please note that not all counselors accept every insurance plan. Therefore, some plans may have a longer wait-list than others. It is the responsibility of the client to verify coverage for each session.

If you have an insurance that is not listed above, you may still be able to use your out-of-network (OON) insurance benefits.  You may elect to pay us directly and then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Not all policies have OON coverage. Please check with your insurance company directly to determine applicable reimbursement.

Rates of Service:

Payment is due at the time of service. Please note that we do not collect payment from more than one party for the same service. It is required that each client identify a Guarantor of Payment (if not self) at registration. It is expected that the Guarantor will seek reimbursement from other parties independently, as necessary.​
