Couple Looking at Landscape

Couples Therapy Seminar

Restore Connection & Build Healthier Habits

A 2-hour seminar designed for couples looking to enhance their skills in managing conflicts and rebuilding their relationship, while fostering greater support and intimacy.

Your relationship is in turmoil. You feel angry, hurt, or blamed during heated discussions, or unheard when trying to express your needs in the relationship.

It's heart-breaking and tearing you apart to witness your relationship like this:
  • Constantly erupting into arguments where no one feels listened to, but both leave feeling even more misunderstood.
  • Find yourselves talking in circles, where small disagreements spiral into accusations of who’s at fault for deeper issues.
  • Lacking intimacy and not feeling connected, even when you desire it.
  • Feel like you’re walking on eggshells, avoiding certain topics just to keep the peace, but resenting each other in silence.
  • Struggling to communicate your needs without the fear of it turning into yet another argument, leaving both of you feeling emotionally distant.
Maybe it’s when your partner dismisses your feelings about finances, saying you’re overreacting, or when you raise concerns about parenting only to be met with defensiveness. Or it’s the silent treatment that follows, creating a painful gap where connection used to be.
You know things weren’t always like this, but now it feels impossible to bridge the gap. The constant tension leaves you wondering if you’ll ever feel heard or understood again.  The thought of separating has crossed your mind, but your heart wants to give it one more try.
